Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Processing Time
All orders are processed and packaged within 5-10 business days (Monday-Friday) after order confirmation. Please allow additional processing time during major holidays or sale periods. For items that are out of stock or require customization, the processing time may be longer. Please contact our customer service team for detailed information.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship all orders directly from our warehouse in China to ensure you get the best possible price. Please note that all delivery timeframes are estimates and not guarantees. Transit times can be affected by international customs processing, weather, carrier delays, and other factors beyond our control.

Standard Shipping: 15 - 60 Business Days.
This is our most economical option. Your order will be shipped via sea freight and delivered by a local carrier in your country once it clears customs.

Please note: "Business days" are Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays in both China and the destination country. Delivery times begin from the date the order is shipped, not the date it is placed.

3. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the following countries: [e.g., United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, EU countries]. For orders outside these countries, please contact us at [your email address].

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the volumetric weight, size, and destination of your order. You can see the shipping cost for your items at checkout before you complete your purchase.

5. Import Duties & Taxes
Shipping costs do not include any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may be applied by your country's government. These fees are the customer's responsibility and are paid directly to the customs agency upon arrival. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We declare the full value of the shipment. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

6. Order Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email with your order number once your order is placed. Once your order has shipped, you will receive another email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order's journey on our shipping partner's website or a universal tracking platform like 17track.net. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to activate.

7. Damaged During Shipping?
Inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If there is any visible damage to the packaging, please:
1.  Take photos of the damaged box before opening it.
2.  Refuse the delivery or note " damaged" on the carrier's delivery receipt.
3.  Contact us immediately at info@marsilingfurniture.com with your order number and the photos.

We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

 

Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility
Due to the high cost and complexity of international return shipping, we can only accept returns for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.

We cannot accept returns for:
   Change of mind or incorrect size/color chosen by the customer.
   Items that have been used, assembled, or are not in their original packaging.
   Custom-made or personalized furniture.

2. How to Initiate a Return for Defective/Damaged Items
If you have received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@marsilingfurniture.com with your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue. Please do not ship anything back without our explicit authorization.

3. Solutions for Eligible Issues
Our goal is to make it right. For verified issues, we will offer one of the following solutions at our discretion:
   Partial Refund: We will issue a significant partial refund to compensate for the defect, allowing you to keep the item.
   Replacement Parts: If possible, we will ship replacement parts for damaged or defective components.

4. Full Returns (Only upon our request)
In rare cases, we may request an item to be returned to us. If we authorize a return:
   We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label.
   Once the item is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund (including your original shipping cost) or ship a replacement.
